Past the Screen is a student-led organization helping people build healthier relationships with technology. We use the MAP Method — Measure, Assess, Progress — to help you understand your habits, reflect on what’s meaningful to you, and make small, realistic changes that actually last.
We focus on student voice and behavior science rather than rules or restrictions. Our approach blends psychology and real-world application, empowering students to take ownership of their habits instead of being told what to do.
Past the Screen works with students who want to be more intentional about technology. Our workshops and talks are designed for schools, youth groups, and organizations that want to support digital wellness in a positive, realistic way.
We collaborate with schools and community groups through presentations, workshops, and chapter programs. Partnerships can range from a single workshop or ongoing collaboration.
